How do you evaluate the effectiveness of a Campus Climate campaign that was designed to support a culture of equity, inclusion, and community?
OUR SOLUTION
We designed a study that engaged discussion among people of color and people within the LGBTQIA+ community. They were asked to reflect on ways to enhance and improve the campaign by identifying additional messages and tactics that resonated with a diverse faculty, employee and student population.
Studies like this are an effective way to continue building relevant and engaging campaigns.
